ELC S20 – Acidic deep cleaning for the highest demands.

This acidic, low-foaming cleaning concentrate is suitable for ultrasonic, immersion, and spray cleaning of acid-resistant medical devices and implants. It is designed to thoroughly remove mineral residues and ensure a basic acidic cleaning.

For the following surfaces:
  • stainless steel
  • Glass
  • ceramics
  • plastics
  • Ceramic implants
  • Medical instruments and laboratory instruments
Effective for:
  • Limescale and lime soap deposits (Ca- & Mg-bound residues)
  • Metal oxides and mineral pollutants
  • flux
  • Fingerprints and dust
  • Brown/grey residues of disinfectants and autoclaved blood residues

Important to know:

  • Ideal for the periodic cleaning of medical instruments, e.g. every six months.
  • Separate rusted instruments beforehand and treat them specifically with ELC S20.
  • Not suitable for aluminum, magnesium and light metal alloys
  • Test acid-sensitive glasses for compatibility before use.
  • No brightening of thermally tarnished metal surfaces
  • Be careful when cleaning mixed metals in the same bath, as there is a risk of tarnish!
  • ELC S20 is approved as a Class I medical device according to the MDR.
