A 25 is a liquid, highly alkaline, foam-inhibited cleaning concentrate for ultrasonic, immersion and spray cleaning of alkali-resistant items and medical products such as medical and laboratory instruments, implants, etc., made of metal (including titanium), glass, ceramic and plastic.

A 25 removes markers and labels, grinding grease, resinous and tar-like residues, limescale deposits (and prevents their redeposition), blood, saliva, protein, bone and tissue residues, fats, oils, grinding and polishing compounds, fingerprints, and dust. For heavy/thick tar-like residues, increase the alkalinity of the cleaning solution with potassium or sodium hydroxide, or use the ultrasonic cleaner A 26.

Not suitable for aluminum, magnesium, and light metal alloys, as well as alkali-sensitive glass. Tarnishing (dark discoloration) may occur on non-ferrous metals (copper, brass, and other copper alloys). The compatibility of the items to be cleaned with A25 must be tested before use.
